Meet Lydia.
A businesswoman welcoming the church.
Who was Lydia?
Lydia was a dealer in purple cloth from Thyatira. Paul met her at a place of prayer in Philippi. She listened to his message, was baptised with her household and offered hospitality.
Lydia invited Paul and his companions to stay at her home. Her work, decisions and welcome made her an active part of the emerging community.
