Easy Bible Craft
Privacy policy
This page explains how the current account and catalogue service uses your information.
This website uses local storage for saved activities and your cart on this device. It also remembers dismissed craft announcements and limits how often membership offers appear on this browser; it does not share that preference with an advertising service. If you post a craft review, your first name, heart rating, comment and posting date are stored in our Cloudflare database and displayed publicly until removed. Please do not include children’s names or other personal details. We use a protected code derived from your network address to limit repeated submissions; raw network addresses are not stored with reviews, and this code is cleared from older reviews when the next review is submitted after 24 hours. Reviews posted directly on this website are guest submissions, not verified purchases. We also display reviews originally posted on our Etsy shop, matched by the exact Etsy listing ID. Imported reviews retain their public display name, original rating, written comment (when provided) and review date, and are labelled with an Etsy source link. We do not publish private Etsy order references or customer contact details. If you sign in, we store your email address, account name, sign-in identities and sessions in Cloudflare D1. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, never as readable text. Signup signs you in immediately and sends a welcome email through Cloudflare Email Service. Your email is not marked verified just because you typed it. Optional email-ownership links and password-reset links expire after one hour and 30 minutes respectively. Reset links work once. Existing email-code sign-in remains supported, with hashed codes that expire after five minutes. Session cookies keep you signed in; sign-in records may include your network address and browser details for security. Google sign-in is available when shown as a connected option. It shares your basic profile and verified email address with us; we do not request access to your Gmail or Google Drive. Google processes the sign-in under its own privacy policy. You can edit your private account name in Profile. Your verified sign-in email can only be changed with support so purchases are not separated from their owner. We record which craft files your account downloads and when, to show recent downloads and help resolve access problems. We do not add you to a marketing list when you register. We store purchases, payment status and subscription access. For guest purchases, we store the email and name entered at Stripe checkout, order details and a protected private download-link credential. Download links expire after 30 days and can be renewed by email. Guest purchases can move into an account with the same email when you have the private order link or the original checkout session in that browser. A verified email sign-in can also add matching older guest purchases. Typing an email address alone does not unlock its previous purchases. We record guest file downloads and use protected network-address hashes to limit checkout and recovery abuse. We send transactional order emails and fresh-link requests; guest checkout does not add you to a marketing list. Stripe processes payments and recurring membership billing; we do not store your full card details. Paid purchases and active memberships unlock the corresponding original craft files in your account. For account information or deletion requests, email hello@easybiblecrafts.com. You can sign out to remove the session cookie from your browser. Listing images load from Etsy’s image service, and the hosting service may process technical request information. Security records and account data are kept for account operation and support. Contact us with questions about your information or a request to close your account.
