The boy with loaves and fish

A boy present when Jesus feeds the crowd.

The boy with loaves and fish: holding a basket with five small bread loaves and two fish

Who was The boy with loaves and fish?

John's account of feeding the crowd mentions a boy with five barley loaves and two fish. His name and most details about him are not given. Andrew brought the food to Jesus' attention.

The small amount of food became part of the sign of Jesus feeding the crowd. The text does not say the boy was the only person with food or describe a speech he made.
