How to play

  1. Choose Listen to a pattern and wait until the demonstration finishes.
  2. Tap the tambourine, drum and clap pads in the same order; replay a pattern to practise its timing.
  3. Continue to the next rhythm, or choose Make my own rhythm to create and play back a sequence.

Learning through play

Children practise remembering sound order, noticing rhythm and taking a turn after listening. The open music mode lets a group compare its own patterns. The newly composed sounds provide an activity inspired by Miriam’s celebration in Exodus 15.

For Sunday school, homeschool or play at home. Younger children can play alongside an adult.
