Bible verses for children
Fairness like a flowing river.
Amos 5:24
But let justice roll on like rivers, and righteousness like a mighty stream.
Amos 5:24 · World English Bible Classic (WEB)
In simple words
What does this verse mean?
A mighty stream pictures justice flowing strongly and continually. God wants fair treatment to reach everyday life. A beautiful religious gathering cannot make up for neglecting people outside it.
Look for a fair rule that should apply every day, not only when adults are watching.
Talk about it
