In simple words

What does this verse mean?

Jesus speaks of himself as resurrection and life while Martha grieves. Christian hope rests in him beyond death. This does not make grief unnecessary or mean believers never physically die.

Talk gently with an adult about grief, questions and the hope Christians find in Jesus.
