Bible verses for children
A sky full of wonder.
Psalm 19:1

The heavens declare the glory of God. The expanse shows his handiwork.

In simple words
What does this verse mean?
The sky does not speak with a mouth, but its beauty and vastness can point us towards God’s greatness. “Handiwork” means something made with skill. The poet imagines creation declaring the glory of its Maker. This is a picture in a song, not a claim that clouds can talk.
Look at cloud shapes or the colours near sunset without looking directly at the sun. Describe what you notice and one question the sky makes you want to ask.
Talk about it
What have you noticed in the sky that fills you with wonder?
