Who was Aquila?
Aquila was a Jewish man from Pontus who worked with his wife Priscilla. They made tents and became coworkers of Paul. Together they also helped Apollos understand God's way more accurately.
Aquila and Priscilla combined practical work, hospitality and teaching. The Bible presents them as collaborators rather than making one person's contribution invisible.
