Meet Haman.

Pride, hatred and a harmful plot.

Haman: a quiet historically appropriate setting for Pride, hatred and a harmful plot, with simple understated contextual details; no invented dramatic event

Who was Haman?

Haman was a powerful official in the Persian court in Esther's story. Anger towards Mordecai grew into a plan to destroy the Jewish people. His actions show how pride and hatred can become dangerous when joined with power.

Haman treated a personal grievance as a reason to threaten a whole people. The story must not be used to repeat the same mistake by blaming whole groups today.

Haman speaking angrily to a palace adviser while holding a sealed decree, no violence, no hateful symbols or caricature.

Talk about it

Why is it wrong to blame a whole group for a disagreement with one person?
