Meet Judas Iscariot.

A disciple who betrays Jesus.

Judas Iscariot: a quiet historically appropriate setting for A disciple who betrays Jesus, with simple understated contextual details; no invented dramatic event

Who was Judas Iscariot?

Judas Iscariot was one of Jesus' twelve apostles and the disciple who betrayed him. His story concerns a person's choices, not blame belonging to an entire people. The later account of his death needs sensitive adult handling.

Judas arranged to hand Jesus over and later led others to him. Betrayal breaks trust; a child's lesson should focus on truthful care rather than graphic punishment or shame.
