Watchfulness means paying attention to our choices and asking God for help before we act. We can notice when we are tired, upset or being pushed towards a wrong choice. We do not need to be afraid of every mistake.
If a game is making you so cross that you want to hurt someone, notice the feeling and ask for a break before acting.
