I will remember Yah’s deeds; for I will remember your wonders of old.

In simple words
What does this verse mean?
The singer chooses to remember what God has done in the past. Remembering can give a troubled person something steady to think about. It does not make every question disappear, and it is all right to ask for help while trying to remember hope.
You could keep a small drawing of a time someone helped you. On a difficult day, look at it with a trusted adult and talk about the support you need now.

Bible context & readings +
Psalm 77 begins with sleepless distress and questions about whether God has forgotten his people. From verse 11 it recalls God’s deeds, especially the rescue through the sea. The change is towards remembering, not a claim that distress was imaginary.
