In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered.

Paul says the Spirit helps when we do not know how to pray. Deep sighs and wordless need are not beyond God’s care. Prayer does not depend on forming a polished sentence.
