Unnamed person · Old Testament
Naaman's servant girl
A captive child who points toward help.

Who was Naaman's servant girl?
This unnamed girl was taken from Israel and made a servant in Naaman's household. Her lack of freedom matters. Second Kings records her speaking about a prophet who could help Naaman.
Although she was in a vulnerable position, the girl's words set the story in motion. Recognising her contribution must not turn captivity into something good or desirable.
