Meet Nathanael.

An encounter with Jesus.

Nathanael: a quiet historically appropriate setting for An encounter with Jesus, with simple understated contextual details; no invented dramatic event

Who was Nathanael?

Nathanael appears in John's Gospel when Philip invites him to meet Jesus. He asks a sceptical question before coming. Some traditions identify him with Bartholomew, but the text does not explicitly make that connection.

Philip answered Nathanael's doubt with an invitation to come and see. The exchange makes room for an honest question before a new understanding.
