Meet Obadiah the prophet.
The prophetic voice of the book of Obadiah.
Who was Obadiah the prophet?
Obadiah is the name attached to the prophetic book about Edom. He is different from Ahab's official Obadiah in First Kings. The book gives little personal biography and focuses on pride, harm and accountability.
The message condemns standing aside or taking advantage when a neighbouring people suffers. It invites thought about what we do when someone else is in trouble.
Talk about it

What can we learn?
