How to play
- Look for an empty place, a blocked route or supplies that need to be shared.
- Drag barriers out of the path and put the cushion and shared items in their matching places.
- Finish arranging the room so the waiting child can join the circle.
Learning through play
Children practise planning a shared space and noticing barriers to participation. The modern classroom activity gives teachers a concrete way to discuss welcoming others after reading about Jesus and the children in Mark 10.
For Sunday school, homeschool or play at home. Younger children can play alongside an adult.
