Noah’s Ark

An ark, lots of animals and a wonderful promise.

Genesis 6–9About 1 minute
Let’s begin

God told Noah to build a great big ark. Noah listened and got to work.

What happened next

Noah’s family and the animals went into the ark. Rain fell, and the water rose. God kept them safe.

What happened next

At last, the water went down. Noah, his family and the animals stepped onto dry land.

The end

God made a promise: never again would a flood destroy all life. The rainbow was the sign of that promise.

A children’s retelling of Genesis 6–9. You can read the Bible passage together too.
